Coverad Anti-Ligature/Anti-Vandal Radiator Covers


Coverad’s unique Secure Anti-Ligature radiator covers, incorporating the TRULY ANTI-LIGATURE punched mesh design. Punching perforations into the cover ensures there are no weak spots or potential for service users to detach or remove the mesh to create a ligature point.

2mm Steel Construction

Manufactured from 2mm heavy gauge, Anti-Vandal, steel.

Anti-Ligature Accessible Cover

Due to inconstancies in walls and floors, to make Coverad’s completely anti-ligature, anti-pick mastic needs to be applied between the cover and wall/floor.  This can cause complications in the future with cleaning and maintenance.  Coverad have designed their removable front panel, secured with fixings to your specification, ensuring that this does not become a problem.

Fixings

90% of all fixings on our covers are internal. External fixings are kept to a minimum to ensure that the cover is secured appropriately for the environment. External fixings can be either standard or security fitting.

Please note:  Although our mesh design increases airflow over previous welded mesh style covers it does still reduce the output and therefore, although the surface temperature is considerably decreased, we cannot guarantee it will be below 43 degrees C
